In a rare and special collaboration with The Winter Garden Honey Farm right here in Central Florida, Gideon’s Bakehouse is becoming Gideon’s Beehive briefly and offering a very limited 8oz jar of local honey to raise proceeds for local Bee charities and education of their importance. It is also the first time we’re shipping a food item! Landmark release! 😆

Did you know that to produce one pound of honey, Bees can visit up to two million flowers, sometimes flying up to 55,000 miles in the process? Bees not only are super pollinators but never sleep and communicate with each other by dancing, which brings back memories of college for some of us. How can you not love such a special creature that is vital to so much on this Earth?
