Most cookies are available for next day pickup. Some items require a minimum 72 hour notice. Preorders are for pickup at the East End Market location only. Gideon’s at Disney Springs can not handle preorders. We do not ship desserts.

Gideon’s Bakehouse™ Cookies and Cakes take over 24 hours to prepare and are sold on a first come, first serve basis. We try to keep the basics in stock a️ll day, but limited edition items can sell out!

Our goodies are 100% handmade from scratch and we’re quality control obsessed so shipping isn’t our think. Plus, we want to be friends so come spend some time with us. Dessert is only one part of the Gideon’s experience.
