We love celebrating Florida with our favorite Florida fruit, the Key Lime! Our beloved Vanilla Bean Cookie Dough is infused with Florida Key Lime Juice and covered with Chocolate Chips and our special Key Lime Pie Crumbs. It’s the Cookie version of a chocolate dipped Key Lime Pie on a stick! This one is an absolute must try … but so is every Gideon’s Cookie!

To welcome Bonnie Brae, we have created the Lemon Poppyseed Cookie, a delicious new flavor! On top of the ingredients in the name, you’ll also find a lovely mix of White Chocolate Chips and some adorable little Lemon Mini Chips that we think you’ll enjoy.

A beautiful flavor, created to give companionship to the Frankenstein, the Bride of Frankenstein arrives!! This almost 1/2 pound monster of a Cookie is created in the same mold as the Frank Cookie but features White Chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&M’s! ⁣  This Limited Edition Cookie is available for preorder every day of October along with her companion flavor, The Frankenstein! The Chocolate Churro Cookie, aka the Calavera Cookie, is a deeply rich mega Chocolate Cookie is filled with cinnamon sugar and a tiny pinch of ancho and cayenne to give you that smokey warmth on the cooler days. Each Cookie has a layer of Dulce de Leche in the middle and is topped with a mix of chocolates, including our favorite Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate. Sugar, Spice, and everything Day of the Dead!

We’re kinda thinking this might be our favorite Thanksgiving Cookie so it has returned for another year! This mammoth new dessert is filled with real Pumpkin, our House Pumpkin Spice Blend, a little bit of Chocolate on the inside, and a generous topping of Pumpkin Butter Crumbs! Soft and Crunchy and Flavorful and Delightful!

This handmade, almost half-pound prize focuses on two rich flavors, and the name says it all! The dough comprises a beautiful mixture of Gideon’s secrets and Biscoff Cookie Butter and is packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies! The combination is so very flavorful and a little sweeter than the average Gideon’s Cookie in the best possible way. ✨

This Cookie is extra super special because it is the first one that came with a character, our friend Stuart Valencia! Enjoy our vanilla bean cookie fused with orange essence and mixed with our favorite Dark Chocolates. The exterior is covered in Pecan Pralines and Candied Orange Peel.  This delicious Florida Cookie is known by the locals as Stuart’s Cookie!

For one week only, we released this very special flavor dubbed “Pipistrello’s Cookie” to raise money and awareness for our bat friends at the Lubee Bat Conservancy. Layered with housemade Raspberry Jam, this deeply rich Raspberry Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie is covered in Crunch Butter Crumbs and Rasperry Sugar. Will it ever return?  We can’t say for sure but it sure was delicious!

This Velvety Chocolate Cookie is laced with our special house-made Ancho (super mild) and Cinnamon Spice Mix, infused with a magical essence of cherry and topped with Chocolate Covered Cherries and White Chocolate Chips. Unlike the monthly Eternal Flame Cookie, this one has lost the heat of Cayenne and gained some sweet with White Chocolate. ⁣

It’s Bonnie’s Cookie! An updated version of Bonnie’s Original, this delightful Cookie is a muffin lover’s dream! We start with the softest Lemon Poppyseed Cookie filled with Poppyseeds and pockets of White Chocolate. Then we top things with a complete covering of our Lemon Butter Crumbs covered in a thin Sugar Glaze!

This flavorful Limited Edition Cookie gives you our Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with the highest quality Maple Syrup. We throw in some housemade Candied Walnuts and sprinkle the top with a generous serving of our own Cinnamon Nutmeg Sugar!  This Cookie is so very flavorful and addicting. We might even dream about it while it is away.

The Limited Edition Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl is the best of both worlds!  This almost 1/2 pound beast is a combo of both our popular Peanut Butter dough swirled with our super velvety Triple Chocolate dough. Top them both with all the Chocolate Chips and Peanut Butter Chips and House-made Candied Peanuts and you’ve got perfection!

We spoil you with one of the most overindulgent releases ever to appear at Gideon’s Bakehouse! We started by paying tribute to our popular Peanut Butter Nitro Cold Brew in Cookie form, but taking it up a notch! It’s a PB Cookie laced with Freshly Ground Decaf Espresso and fully covered in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces!

We can’t just give you a standard Mac Nut Cookie! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what makes this cookie so extra special. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. Add to that, our delicious Macadamia Nut Crumble generously coating the top!

The Cookie Vom Krampus! All the goodness of our rich and velvety Triple Chocolate Cookie (which is really five kinds of chocolate) with the added bonus of cool and refreshing chopped Andes Mint (which makes it SIX kinds of chocolate)! How about a Toasted Coconut Caramel Chocolate Chip!? We take our iconic Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and fuse that vanilla bean dough with our Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. The Cookie is topped with Shaved Toasted Coconut to give you the softest Cookie with some crunch! 🚨

Say Hello to our Carrot Cake Cookie! This delightful baby is a delicious blend of flavorful and comforting spices, rich molasses, and finely incorporated carrots with a hint of tart. Completely covered with our crunchy house made candied pecans and a drizzle of our handsome carrot cream cheese glaze. So much flavor in an ultra soft and buttery Cookie complimented by a crunchy exterior!
