    Behold, the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Cake! This towering behemoth features three layers of our super soft Chocolate Cake smothered in our signature thick double-frosted layers of both Coffee Buttercream AND Toffee Buttercream! What’s that crunch in the middle? It’s Chocolate Mini Chips and Toffee Pieces!

  • Red Velvet

    We won’t lie, this one is our favorite. Most Red Velvet you find these days is just chocolate cake with red food coloring but our masterpiece is a traditional buttermilk based cake. Insanely moist and heavily layered with the thick waves of cream cheese frosting then lined in White Chocolate Curls. .

  • Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake

    Ugh. This cake is too irresistible! The Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake is our mega soft Vanilla Cake covered in Cookie Butter Buttercream and coated in Biscoff Cookie Crumbs! It’s simple because the buttercream might be the best thing ever, and nothing needs to distract you from its glory! Store cool but best served when the buttercream has softened.

  • Banana Walnut Chocolate Chip Cake

    This one is a three-layer Vanilla Cake that has been lightly flavored with our house made Banana Syrup. Cover all of that with ultra-thick layers of Real Banana Buttercream, throw some Mini Chocolate Chips between each layer, and coat the outside with a mix of larger chips and our Candied Walnuts! Soft and smooth banana goodness with that crunchy texture when you need it. The best thing about cake is you get to create your perfect bite! You’re in control!     A Limited Edition Cake so popular we had to keep it around! The Peanut Butter & Jelly Cake is the real deal! This one is perfection in its simplicity. Start with three layers of our delicate Vanilla Cake as the bread. Smother that cake in our Peanut Butter Buttercream (one of my biggest addictions) and fill that PB with channels of real Grape Jelly! This is your childhood rolled into one heavy Gideon’s Cake.

  • Andes Mint Cake

    The popular holiday cake is now available all year long because you demanded it! 3 Layer Chocolate Cake with Mint Cookies & Cream Buttercream and filled throughout with even more crushed mint cookies!  Every bit of that side is covered in chopped Andes Mint! It’s rich and refreshing and kinda perfect.

This fluffy 3-Layer Vanilla Confetti Cake is covered with our extraordinary multi-colored Marshmallow Buttercream and laced with our mega crunchy Rainbow Crumbs!
