    It is the perfect month to bring you this flavorful Limited Edition Pineapple Dream Cake! This one is so hard to put down! Start with our soft Vanilla Cake covered in Pineapple Buttercream, layered with housemade Pineapple Jam, Pineapple Caramel, and Brown Butter Crumbs to give texture to all that pineapple smoothness! Faces lit up when we tested this one out, and we hope you have the same reaction!

    Gideon’s finally has our version of a classic Carrot Cake! Enjoy three layers of soft Ginger Spiced Carrot Cake surrounded by our signature healthy portion of our Cheesecake Frosting and accented with super yummy Candied Pecans and, of course, Buttercream Carrots!  Keep cool until ready to serve!

Start with three layers of our delicate Vanilla Cake as the bread. Smother that cake in our Peanut Butter Buttercream (one of my biggest addictions) and fill that PB with channels of real Grape Jelly! This is your childhood rolled into one heavy Gideon’s Cake.

  • Blueberry Lemonade Cake

    A new Cookie deserves a new Cake! Introducing the Blueberry Lemonade Cake! This Lemon Curd Swirl Cake is stacked with fresh Blueberry Jam and our Graham Cracker Crust Crumble covered in a vibrant Blueberry Buttercream. Bonus: This is an all natural creation with no food coloring! Keep this one cool until about an hour before cutting slices. You want the buttercream to be soft but not room temperature.

  • Cookies & Cream Cake

    The ultimate cake for the Cookies & Cream fan. This almost 10-pound cake starts with our classic chocolate cake and is thickly frosted with our special C&C icing. In-between each layer you will find a bed of chopped cookies and the entire cake is covered in our signature chocolate ganache. Oh yea … more cookies go on top. Why not?

  • Original Red Velvet Cake

    We won’t lie, this one is our favorite. Most Red Velvet you find these days is a chocolate cake with red food coloring, but our masterpiece is a traditional vanilla buttermilk-based cake. Everything else is a lie! Insanely soft and delicate and heavily layered with our thick cream cheese frosting then covered in your choice of either our candied walnuts or white chocolate curls.

    For those of you who need a bit more than just chocolate in your chocolate cakes, enter the Chocolate Churro Cake!  For this beauty we gently fold our Cinnamon Sugar Churro Seasoning into our fudgey Chocolate Buttercream! It offers a slightly crunchy texture in our very smooth buttercream, and we adore it!

  • Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake

    Ugh. This cake is too irresistible! The Cookie Butter Buttercream Cake is our mega soft Vanilla Cake covered in Cookie Butter Buttercream and coated in Biscoff Cookie Crumbs! It’s simple because the buttercream might be the best thing ever, and nothing needs to distract you from its glory! Store cool but best served when the buttercream has softened.
