Production Staff
30-40 HRS WEEKLY
Gideon’s Bakehouse has a production warehouse that is all about the Cookies! We’re looking for a reliable team player that will mix, weigh, shape, decorate, and bake our award-winning Cookies! Other responsibilities include the preparation of ingredients, packaging responsibilities, and facility cleanliness.
Members of our Cake Team are responsible for baking, assembling, and decorating a variety of flavors and styles of Cakes.

Availability and Attendance: Our staff works an average of 30-40 hours a week, 365 days a year, with a variety of different shifts.
Productions Standards: Employees must be able to keep pace with production standards and expectations.
Education/Experience: Every Florida food employee must complete employee Food Handler training related to their specific job duties.
Language Ability: Ability to speak and understand English, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly.
Math Ability: Perform necessary calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
Reasoning Ability: Identify problems, gather relevant data, and note possible causes of problems. Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessarily requested. Perform under pressure and/or opposition.
Personal Skills: Possess excellent communication skills with co-workers and management. Establish and meet goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives.
