Putting this right out there, we don’t have a public phone number. Due to the excessive amount of requests asking for holds and stock levels we had to discontinue that access to keep our shop moving. With that said, we are pretty quick to answer your questions via email! Next Day Pickup is an order option created during this time of caution that helps you get in and out much faster. If there is a line, you do not have to wait. Look for the “Pickup” sign at the end of our counter, with your email confirmation ready, and we will hand you your item. If you’d like to purchase items in addition to your preorder, waiting in line is required.
All orders must be claimed between 10 am and 6 pm. Unclaimed orders are not refundable without prior contact.
If you ordered after Midnight, please be aware your pickup is for the next calendar day, not later on the same day.
